I highly recommend Ben Gula. We were first time home buyers, and the trusting relationship that Ben built with us made it an extremely fun and pleasurable experience. He was always responsive when we had urgent questions at all hours of the day, and guided us through turbulent times where we might have otherwise panicked. The trust he formed in our relationship cannot be overstated and this went a long way when making the biggest purchase of our lives; he always actively worked in our best interest. We are so incredibly happy with the outcome of the process and truly feel that no one could have provided us with the same support!

Ben was an absolutely fantastic agent for us, purchasing our first home in a challenging time in the market in Vancouver. We greatly looked forward to our showings every week and we joke with him now that not seeing him every week was the only downside to finally purchasing a property. He had great advice for us as items would come up in showings that he thought were selling points or red flags, and he was our biggest cheerleader.
